Questions, answered.

The essential answers: coverage starts at €1,900, a 30% deposit secures the date, and complete galleries are usually delivered within 14–25 days. Every wedding is confirmed by contract, including coverage, travel terms and delivery.

Pricing and booking

How much does a destination wedding photographer cost in Europe?

My European wedding photography coverage ranges from €1,900 to €9,500. Four-hour elopement coverage starts at €1,900, half-day coverage at €3,200, full-day coverage at €4,500 and multi-day all-inclusive coverage at €9,500. The final quote reflects the country, date, timeline and team required.

How far in advance should we book?

For a fixed summer weekend, contact me as soon as your date and country are known. Twelve months is a useful planning horizon, but shorter-notice dates can still be available. A signed contract and 30% deposit secure the date.

Do you use a contract and deposit?

Yes. Every booking is confirmed with a contract covering the date, fee, hours, deliverables and delivery deadline. A 30% deposit reserves the date; the remaining payment schedule is agreed in the contract.

Travel and destination planning

Is travel included in the price?

Travel within Europe is included in the listed packages. Any location-specific costs, unusual transport or accommodation requirements are itemised in advance, so the complete arrangement is clear before you sign.

Do you work with international couples?

Yes. I work in English and Russian and understand Spanish. Before the wedding I coordinate the timeline and photography requirements with the couple or planner online.

Do public locations or venues require photography permits?

Rules vary by country, city and venue. Some private properties, heritage sites and public spaces require permission or a fee. The venue or planner normally confirms the rule, and I provide the photography details they need.

Photographs and delivery

How many photographs will we receive?

The number depends on the length and structure of the wedding. Current packages begin with 200+ edited photographs for four hours, 450+ for six hours and 600+ for full-day coverage. Quality and a coherent sequence take priority over duplicate frames.

How long does wedding photo delivery take?

A short preview is normally shared soon after the wedding. The complete edited online gallery is usually delivered within 14–25 days. Your exact delivery date is written into the contract.

Do you carry backup photography equipment?

Yes. I use professional cameras, lenses and lighting and carry backup equipment. This is a standard part of preparing for a wedding where moments cannot be repeated.

Style and the wedding day

What is editorial-documentary wedding photography?

Documentary photography records real events, relationships and reactions without rebuilding them for the camera. Editorial photography brings deliberate attention to light, composition and portraits. I combine both: observation for most of the day and calm direction when a portrait benefits from it.

Will you help us if we feel awkward in photographs?

Yes. You do not need modelling experience. During portraits I can suggest where to stand, how to move or where the light works best. I avoid rigid poses and keep the rest of the day observational.
